Ncp93 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the ncp93 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. By registering an account or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the ncp93 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ncp93 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those revised terms.
This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. ncp93 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ncp93 support team immediately at [email protected].
All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ncp93 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the ncp93 platform are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the bonus and betting system.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through methods not authorised by the platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension without notice.
Payments & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the ncp93 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers from recognised Malaysian banking institutions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. ncp93 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the origin of funds, in line with applicable financial compliance procedures.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and fulfilment of any applicable rollover conditions. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days. ncp93 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transaction fees charged by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ncp93 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Failure to verify identity or account information within the required timeframe.
- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Instructions from relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending further investigation. ncp93's decision in such matters is final.

Platform Limitation of Liability
Ncp93 bears no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, technical failures, or any cause beyond the platform's reasonable control.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. ncp93 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades may require the platform to be temporarily taken offline.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform securely.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ncp93 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of ncp93 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content in any form without prior written consent from ncp93. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & External Services
The ncp93 platform may utilise third-party technical services or payment providers in its operations. ncp93 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of such third parties.
Where there is a conflict between ncp93's terms and a third party's terms in the context of a payment transaction, the third party's terms will apply to the portion of the transaction involving them, while ncp93's terms remain applicable to all other aspects of platform use.
Users are encouraged to read the terms of service of their chosen payment provider before making any transaction.
Changes to Terms & Notification
Ncp93 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.
Users are responsible for checking this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
For changes deemed significant, ncp93 will endeavour to notify active users via their registered email address; however, delivery of such notifications cannot be guaranteed.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
